AOC unveils the Aire iPlay

What is the AOC Aire iPlay all about? Basically, this is the ultimate monitor for iPod and iPhone owners, where this 23-inch Full High Definition display will come alongside a built-in 30-pin docking station which will enable one to experience instant video, audio and photo playback from iDevices via AOC’s patented plug-and-play technology. The Aire iPlay will be the only monitor using a built-in iPhone/iPod docking station, making it the ideal tool for iDevice users who want to watch movies or videos on a 23-inch high definition flat screen straight from their mobile device, PC, Blu-ray player or gaming console. It is not only elegant and energy efficient, this 12.9mm thin monitor also boasts of impressive image quality with Full HD 1080p resolution, in addition to a 50,000,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio and 2ms response time. There is also a Dynamic Contrast Boost feature that creates five different color enhancement settings, paving the way for color adjustment in highlighted areas, in addition to Screen+ software that enables the user to divide the screen into a quartet of self-contained work areas. 

There is also a user-friendly graphical OSD (on screen display) menu which is easily accessible directly through the mouse thanks to an integrated iMenu software. It comes with an EPEAT Silver Certification with green packaging and production, and the LED backlight is completely mercury free.
